We see the design process - from conceptual design to finished product - as an educational process for both us and our clients. As landscape architects, we look at a site not as individual pieces but as a whole. We take into consideration human circulation, topography, environmental and ecological functions, history - and we use these to allow opportunities to emerge. It is through the design process that we can create meaningful spaces that work for both human function and the natural environment.
